AZDCA exists to build the workforce, tell the truth, and connect the people who keep Arizona's data center industry running. We're volunteer-led, member-supported, and proudly Arizona-first.
Arizona had a fast-growing data center footprint and no dedicated state-level voice to coordinate workforce, policy, and community engagement. AZDCA fills that role. No dues, no gatekeepers. A working group of operators, builders, educators, and policy advocates who show up because someone has to.
The core work is workforce. We run career days at community colleges and high schools, connect job seekers to hiring employers, and operate an intern placement pipeline that can move someone from zero background to a paid internship with a member company.
We also show up at HOA meetings, town halls, and public hearings to answer the real questions about water, power, and what a 40-acre campus means for a neighborhood. And we sit alongside AFCOM, 7x24, and iMasons, not above them, holding the Arizona-specific layer together.
We connect Arizona schools, community colleges, and workforce boards to data center employers so the talent pipeline actually has people in it.
We show up at HOA meetings, town halls, and council hearings to answer the real questions about water, power, jobs, and impact.
We are not replacing AFCOM, iMasons, or 7x24. We're the Arizona coalition that ties them together, with one foot in workforce and one foot in policy.
AZDCA is a coalition. The orgs below run the chapters, conferences, and certifications that keep this industry moving. Join one. Or join three.
