Drop your email, follow us on LinkedIn, and you're a member. That's it. AZDCA is a volunteer-driven coalition that connects Arizona's chapters of AFCOM, 7x24 Exchange, and iMasons, and we're putting trained Arizonans into data center jobs. Pick a way to plug in below.
We have a training platform. We do not put anyone forward until they have completed designated programs. By the time we send you a candidate, they have been pre-vetted and they are ready to work. The single most useful thing you can do for AZDCA is connect us to your hiring managers and back us when we send people your way.
Candidates complete designated workforce programs through Mesa CC, Microsoft Datacenter Academy, Estrella Mountain CC, ASU, and SciTech. We track who finishes.
We do not forward names that have not completed the work. If you get a referral from AZDCA, that candidate has earned the introduction.
Connect us to the right people in your org (recruiting, ops, facilities, electrical, mechanical) and back us when we send candidates over. That is how the loop closes.

Connect Us To Your Hiring TeamAZDCA is the connective tissue between Arizona's chapters of AFCOM, 7x24 Exchange, and iMasons. We do not duplicate what they do. Pick one (or all three) and that is how you become part of the broader alliance.

All of these matter. None of them require you to commit to a board seat or write a giant check.
Underwrite an AZDCA mixer, career day, or community conversation. Or sponsor a partner org event we are co-hosting. Direct line to the workforce you are trying to reach.
If you can teach something useful (power, cooling, controls, BMS, networking, ops, project management, careers), we want you on a panel or in a classroom.
Career days, classroom visits, curriculum review with Mesa CC, Microsoft Datacenter Academy, Estrella Mountain, ASU, and SciTech. Big return for small time commitment.
Show up to one of our events. Bring a colleague. Sometimes the highest leverage thing is just being in the room.
